Join the Newton Chamber of Commerce for the Lighted Holiday Festival!

Mark your calendars for this year’s Lighted Holiday Festival on Friday, November 29th, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 8 PM!

Event Highlights:

• Courthouse Lighting: Join us at 6 PM for the beautiful lighting of the Jasper County Courthouse.

• Lighted Parade: Enjoy the return of our beloved lighted parade, starting immediately after the courthouse lighting. Santa will make his grand entrance on his sleigh during the parade! Afterward, he’ll be available for visits on the northwest side of the courthouse.

Bring your family and friends to enjoy this festive tradition in downtown Newton!

• Visit Santa at the North Pole

• Listen to carolers sing

• Sip on hot cocoa

• Explore vendors set up on the Square

• Take a free horse and wagon ride around our downtown

• Admire the lighted storefronts and do some holiday shopping!
